Who we are
LB Digital Services LLC, organized in Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182. We trade as LB Digital. Contact: academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com.
By purchasing from us or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
What you are buying
We offer three kinds of things, and the conditions differ depending on which:
- Digital products: guides, recipes, printable templates, calculators and downloadable material. Nothing physical is shipped.
- Online courses: access to training content in video and text, plus its bonuses.
- Done-for-you services: brand, website or marketing material created by us from the information you provide in a questionnaire, with the scope and delivery time described on the purchase page.
Delivery
Digital products and course access are sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout, generally within five minutes of the transaction being confirmed.
You are responsible for entering your email correctly. If it does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders, then write to us — we resend at no cost.
Done-for-you services are delivered within the time stated on the purchase page, counted from the moment you complete the questionnaire. They include one round of changes.
Permitted use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material.
You may: apply what you learn in your own business, without limit and with nothing further owed to us. Material delivered as part of a done-for-you service (your name, logo, website and texts) is yours to use for your business.
You may not: share the files, resell them, republish them, upload them to file-sharing platforms, or use them to build a competing product.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the applicable currency for your country and may vary between markets. Payments are processed by Stripe and, in Argentina, Mercado Pago.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, everything is a single payment: no subscriptions, no automatic renewals. Where a service includes a renewable item (for example a domain name), the renewal terms are stated on the purchase page.
Refunds
Digital products and courses carry a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Full conditions, and how done-for-you services are treated, are in our refund policy.
What we promise and what we do not
We promise to deliver what you purchased, in the format described, and to maintain your access.
We do not promise financial results. What any individual earns depends on their market, their execution, their budget and many factors outside our control. Any figures we show are examples or individual cases, not a promise that the same will happen to you.
Our material is educational and commercial. It is not legal, accounting, medical or financial advice.
Availability
We work to keep access to digital products permanent. Outages may occur for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If an outage is prolonged, we restore access or provide an equivalent alternative.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms
We may update them. The version in force is always the one published here, with its date. Changes do not affect prior purchases, which are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
