Refund Policy
7 days, no questions asked
All of our digital products and online courses carry a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
We will not ask you to explain why. If within those 7 days you decide it was not for you, we refund 100% of what you paid.
How to request it
Email academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com with the subject “Refund”, from the same address you purchased with, and include:
- the product name
- the date of purchase
That is all. No form to fill in.
Timelines
- We reply within 24 business hours.
- We process the refund within 5 business days of approval.
- The money appears in your account according to your bank or card issuer’s timelines, typically another 5 to 10 business days. That last stretch is outside our control.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
What happens to your access
When the refund is processed, your access to the product is cancelled. If you already downloaded it, we ask that you delete it: requesting a refund also relinquishes the licence to use it.
Done-for-you services work differently
Done-for-you services (brand, website, marketing material) involve professional work performed specifically for you. You may request a full refund at any time before you submit the questionnaire that starts the work. Once the work has been delivered, it is not refundable; instead, it includes one round of changes so the result is what you expected.
Where a service includes a domain name registered in your name, the domain stays yours regardless.
Purchases through Mercado Pago
If you paid through Mercado Pago, the refund is issued through Mercado Pago to the same account or card, following its timelines.
If something did not arrive
That is not a refund, it is a delivery problem, and it is resolved faster: write to us and we resend the product at no cost. First check your spam and promotions folders, which is usually where it ends up.
Abuse of the guarantee
The guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence. We reserve the right to decline requests where there is a clear pattern of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and returning the catalogue.
