Who processes your data
LB Digital Services LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182, United States.
We operate under the brand LB Digital (lbdigitalservices.online). For any question about this policy or about your data, write to academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need in order to sell, deliver and support what we offer:
- From a purchase: name, email address, country, and the transaction record returned by the payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — that stays with the processor.
- From your browsing: pages visited, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- From your messages: the content of emails or form submissions you send us, and the address you write from.
- If you purchase a done-for-you service: the business information you provide in the questionnaire (business name, city, products, prices, photos, contact details) so we can produce your material.
We do not collect health data, financial data beyond the transaction record, or data from minors. We never sell personal data to anyone, under any circumstance.
What we use it for
- Delivering the product or performing the service you purchased.
- Providing support and answering your questions.
- Meeting our accounting and tax obligations in the United States.
- Measuring the performance of our advertising, in aggregate.
- Sending transactional emails about your purchase. Content and news emails are optional and you can unsubscribe from any of them.
Who we share it with
Only with the vendors that make the operation run, and only with what each one needs:
- Payment processors: Stripe and Mercado Pago.
- Store, checkout and delivery platform: ImpulTienda.
- Hosting and email: Hostinger, Vercel and Google.
- Advertising and analytics platforms: Meta and Google.
We share your data with no one else, except where legally required.
Cookies and measurement
We use first- and third-party cookies, including the Meta pixel and web analytics tools, to understand which content works and to measure our campaigns. You can block them in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Our advertising tools
We advertise our own products on Meta platforms, exclusively on advertising accounts owned by the company. For that we use internal tools that work against the Meta Marketing API for two distinct purposes, each with the minimum permission it needs:
- Advertising management. Creating and managing campaigns, ad sets and ads; uploading creative assets (images and video); and adjusting budgets and bid strategies.
- Performance analysis. Read-only queries of campaign metrics and results, used to decide what to keep running.
Those tools work on advertising objects (campaigns, ads, creatives) and on aggregate performance data. They do not access personal data of Facebook or Instagram users, and they do not store names, emails, phone numbers or addresses of buyers.
When a purchase is completed, our store platform reports the sale to Meta through the Conversions API so we can measure which ad originated it. That report is sent in hashed form, following Meta’s requirements, and is used only for measurement.
Access credentials are stored privately, never in public files or code repositories, and each one holds the minimum permission required for its function.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records: for the duration of the commercial relationship, and afterwards for the period required by U.S. tax rules.
- Browsing data: 24 months.
- Support emails: 24 months from the last contact.
- Questionnaires for done-for-you services: until the service is delivered and its round of changes is complete, then 12 months for support.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, port, or object to the use of your data. Write to academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
How to request deletion
Send an email to academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the same address you purchased with. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm it to you in writing.
Two things to keep in mind: deletion cancels your access to any digital products you purchased, and we cannot delete accounting records we are legally required to keep.
Security
The site and the checkout are encrypted. Access to data is restricted to those who need it to do their work. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you.
Changes to this policy
If we update it, we change the date at the bottom. Changes do not apply retroactively to data already processed under the previous version.
